Information you provide.When you book a consultation, fill out our intake form, purchase a program, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the athlete’s name and age, and details about the athlete’s experience, goals, and training history.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as device and browser type, general location, and how you interact with the site, through privacy-focused analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: schedule and conduct consultations; build and deliver individualized training programs; process payments; respond to your questions; improve our website and services; and send you relevant updates about your athlete’s training. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:

Cal.com — scheduling your consultation.
Stripe — processing payments. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never store your full payment card information.
Bridge Athletic — delivering your individualized training program.
Vercel — website hosting and privacy-focused analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not store your full card number.

Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Your browser settings let you control cookies.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for athletes ages 13 and older. For athletes under the age of 18, information is provided and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us at info@palmettopitch.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
